Solicitation number W91364-04-Q-0041 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for POINT BLANK BODY ARMOR: INTERCEPTOR SYSTEM WOODLAND CAMO BODY ARMOR (QUANTITY: MEDIUM 4, LARGE 41, X-LA RGE 14). DESERT CAMO OUTERSHELL (QUANTITY: MEDIUM 9, LARGE 47, X-LARGE 16). GAMMA PLATES (QUANTITY 118). OR EQUAL. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-24 and DCN 20040625. Items will be de livered to the 180th Fighter Wing Swanton, Ohio 43558. Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212- 1, Instructions to offeror-commercial items (Jan 2004) is hereby incorporated by reference.
