- The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona is seeking expressions of interest from firms who are interested in proposing on a One Ton Diesel Engine Truck, 15,000 lbs trailer towing capacity, trailer towing package, Dual Rear Wheels, 8FT Bed, Class IV Towing Hitch, 7 pin trailer Wiring Harness, 4x4, Load range E tires (6 ply). Contractor shall provide a 5.9L high-output diesel I-6 600 ft lb torque at 1600 RPM 320 HP @ 2900 RPM or a Duramax Diesel 6600 V8 590 ft lb torque at 1600 RPM (with Allison transmission) 300 HP @3000 RPM or equal item. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside. All small businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) applic able to this acquisition is 336350 with a size standard of 750 employees.
