- This is a notice that the US Military Academy, West Point, NY intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the Patriot League, Center Valley, PA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The purchase order is for membership fees for various Army Spor ts teams to be in the Patriot League during the 2004-2005 academic year. The Patriot League is the only known qualified source which can provide membership into their league. See numbered Note 22. This notice of intent is not a request for porposals. A solicitation document does not exist. Capability statements received within 3 days of this notice will be considered for future requirements.
