Description

Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform quarterly maintenance inspections of hangar doors, routine and emergency service calls on hangar doors, overhead or roll-up doors and sliding or swing handicap glass doors located at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Contract is for One (1) Base year of 1 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05 with Four (4) option years. Issue date will be on or about 10 Aug 04. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through the Electronic Posting System (EPS or FED BIZOPS). It has been determined that this requirement will be set-aside 100% for Small Business firms. NAICS code 561790 has been assigned to this requirement.
