- This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience necessary to meet the Air Force requirements for potential sources to meet the requirements to provide administrative, engineering, and project management support to the USAF Advanced Power Technology Transformation Office located at Robins Air Force base, GA. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. Additional documentation and a Contractor Capability Survey are available in FedBizOpps. The extent of foreign participation or level of security clearances required to receive a solicitation has not yet been determined. Therefore, participation in this survey may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330 ($23.0 Million Annual Receipts) is applicable. Joint ventures or teaming arrangements may be advantageous. Responses to this survey are due prior to close of business Friday, 27 Aug 04.
