- This is an amendment to the original synopsis. The Air Force has a requirement to provide a quantity of 4 each of PN AV19A1031-111, NSN 4810-01-094-4568RK, Regulating Valves. Delivery is scheduled for 4 ea. January 31, 2005 This item is applicable to the F-15 aircraft. Original Equipment Manufacturer for this item is Argo-Tech Corp. Regulating Valve is used to regulate air pressure and flow rates that very in proportion to inlet air pressure.. It is predominately made of Aluminum Alloy and is approximately 5.90? L X 3.50?
