- OVERHAUL: The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the overhaul, test, packing and packaging and return items in like new condition to the government in accordance with the work specifications contained in the contract. A Firm Fixed Price type requirements contract is contemplated for 1 one year basic contract, plus two one-year options for all CLINs. The items and estimated quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: Check and Test (Only), NSN: 4320-00-684-7073/RK, P/N: RG9440J, Noun: Rotary Pump, Appl: B-52 10 units as designated by the Government basic year only. CLIN 0002 Overhaul, NSN: 4320-00-684-7073/RK, P/N: RG9440J, Noun: Rotary Pump, Appl: B-52 CLIN: 0002AA; Basic year ? Estimated 35 each CLIN: 0002AB; Option I ? Estimated 35 each CLIN: 0002AC; Option II ? Estimated 35 each CLIN: 0003 ? Over and Above, to be Negotiated as required CLIN: 0004 Data and Reports IAW DD Form 1423, NOT SEPARATELY PRICED Delivery CLIN 0002, 5 each 30 days ARO reps and order followed by 5 each thereafter. Qualification requirements: Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. AWARD WILL NOT BE WITHHELD AWAITING QUALIFICATION. The approximate issue/response date will be 16 August 2004. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation. Current qualified/approved source(s) Derco Repair Services Inc.,Texas Aerospace Services, Aerocontrolex Group, Lear Romec Division, Crane Co. and The Boeing Co. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. No telephone request. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
