- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all necessary plant, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing all work shown in the drawings, Statement of Work, and all applicable codes, regulations, standards and criteria in effect at the date of the solicitation to provide for the repair of operable partitions at Goodfellow AFB, TX. NAICS code for this acquisition is 238130 and the size standard is $12 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is not to exceed 59 calendar days. In accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Act, this acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. All requests for clarifications relating to this RFQ must be faxed to (325) 654-5149. In accordance with FAR 52.236-27, quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. An organized site visit is scheduled for on or about 17 August 2004 at 10:00a.m. in building 707, (17th Contracting Squadron). The exact date of the site visit and solicitation due date will be stated in the solicitation package when posted. Access to the site will be limited to this organized site visit only. This solicitation will be available via FedBizOpps website on or about 4 August 2004. In accordance with FAR 52.232-18?Funds are not presently available for this contract. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
