- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Booster Pump, Mfg: American Marsh; Model# 6x8-18; Qty. 2ea. Booster Pump, Mfg: American Marsh; Model# 4x8-18; Qty. 2ea. Items from other manufacturers will not be considered. Installation is not required. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and notification for this acquisition. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted) on RFQ #FA4686-04-T-0131. All specifications and requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. NAICS Code 333911 applies to this procurement. The size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, for this procurement is 500 employees. FOB: Destination for delivery to 6451 B Street, Beale AFB, CA 95903. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The following provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items; and FAR 52.214-31, Facsimile Bids. The following clauses apply to this solicitaion and resultant contract: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, specifically, the following clauses cited: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires 52.222-48; DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, specifically, the following clauses cited: DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.224-1, Privacy Act Notification; and FAR 52.224-2, Privacy Act. All Quotes must be mailed or faxed to SrA Jamaal Valentine at 9 CONS/LGCA, 6500 B Street, Room 101, Beale AFB, CA 95903-1712. Quotes are required to be received not later than 12:00 PM PST, Wednesday, 13 August 2004. All offerors shall submit manufacturer?s product cut-sheets and warranty information with their quote.
