- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations for the purchase and delivery of bulk road salt to Milwaukee, WI VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI VA Medical Center, and Edward Hines, IL VA Medical Center. Contractor will furnish all, labor, materials, and transportation necessary to provide bulk Salt Delivery Services. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. Size standard is 500 employees, NACIS 212393. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is October 01, 2004. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about July 23, 2004.
