Description

This is a re-solicitation of 648-10-04. Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material and other items necessary to provide solid waste disposal services for the Portland VA Medical Center, 3710 SW Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR 97239 for the period beginning 10/01/2004 through 09/30/2005 with four 1 year option periods, in accordance with the Statement of Work in the solicitation. The Portland VA Medical Center is seeking commercially available services from a licensed offeror for the Portland Metro Area for pickup and disposal of approximately 100,000 lbs. of general trash and specified pick up and rental for yard debris. Service at the Portland Medical Center will include: 40 yard garbage compactor with a once a week pickup, 30 yard garbage pickup at least 6 times a month with a minimum of once a week, pickup and rental of 20 yard debris once a week and fees, and Ton Disposal Metro Fee. The NAICS Code is 562111 and the limitation is $10.5 million average annual receipts for the previous (3) years. The solicitation documents will be available on or about 09/15/2004.
