- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has a requirement for commercial audit services to perform agreed-upon procedures (AUP) pursuant to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant?s (AICPA) Statement of Standards for Attestation Engagements number 10 (SSAE #10) to review Public Housing Agencies across the country. The NAICS code is 541211; 100% Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. Interested parties can download the combined synopsis /solicitation at the following web address: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract/denc0013.cfm . The announcement (see aforementioned web address) has been prepared as supplemented with additional information, in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Written questions will be accepted until noon (Mountain Time), Wednesday, August 4, 2004, and may be submitted to Ms. Tracy J. Wazny at the email or fax number listed below. Proposals are due by noon (Mountain Time), Thursday, August 19, 2004.
