- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy has a requirement for Administrative and Technical Support Services for the Golden Field Office located in Golden, CO. The contractor shall provide on-site support services in the following areas; clerical support for all office divisions; technical support for the Office of the Manager for Public Affairs and Paralegal support; Information Technology support for computer operations, Network Server Administration, Help Desk operations, LAN Administration, and web applications development; Records Management; Front Desk Receptionist; Office mail, facsimile, and filing support; Human Resource Operations; Financial support; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance support; Technical and Administrative assistance to the Office of Project Management; support for the Office of Acquisition and Financial Assistance; and support for the Office of Laboratory Operations. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for 8(a) small businesses. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 561210, with a size standard of $30 Million dollars. The anticipated contract type is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, with Performance Based incentives. The period of performance is for a base period of two years with three one-year option periods. The solicitation is expected to be issued in October 2004 with a closing date approximately 30 calendar days after the date of issuance. The solicitation documents will be posted on the Department of Energy's Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) web page at http://e-center.doe.gov and proposals are required to be submitted electronically. All questions regarding this solicitation must be posted on the DOE IIPS system.
