- Construction of abutments and installation of steel pedestrian bridge on an exiting bike trail. Project is located on the Walker Ranger District, Chippewa N.F., Cass County, Minnesota. Desired date for starting work is approx. September 7, 2004. Recommended completion date is November 15, 2004. Government estimate range is from $25,000 to $100,000.
