- Solicitation for NSN 6610-00-070-7257 / RG041950070000. Aircraft Instruments, Cage 09959, P/N MS2702-1. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option Year) Guaranteed Buy quantity: B=107, O=76 / Minimum Order Quantity: = 38 / Maximum Contract Quantity: = 1187 / Estimated annual quantity: B=275, O=228. The requested delivery schedule is 51 days after receipt of order, FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance at destination. There are no surge requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
