- PR-No.: IQC04201009040. NSN 6625-00-252-6234. Indicator, Fault Locating. I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-83287/2D (TYPE NUMBER M83287/02-04) and I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-83287F (TYPE NUMBER M83287/02-04). Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 220-each 90 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 220-each every 30 days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various Increments Solicited: 100 to 199, 200 to 299, 300 to 399, 400 to 499, 500 to 599, and 600 to 699. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Full and Open Competition applies. See notes 9, 23, and 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of 13-August-2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is unrestricted. Approved source is L-3 Communications ? Electrodynamics, Inc. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. FOB Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
