Description

NOTICE OF INTENT: The U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) proposes to award a firm fixed price sole source order, in the amount of $52,299.00 to FLIR SYSTEMS, 25 Esquire Road, North Billerica, MA 01862, to provide: Cooler, replace, PN# 13000-202 for camera SN#'s 3359, 3303, 3251, 3313. Repair, camera SN# 21037, RMA# 28784, draws excessive current, pan & tilt will not function. Scanner, replace PN# 04805-201, for camera SN# 3359 & 3326. The award will be processed under only responsible source, because of vendor's pre-existing communication infrastructure and foreign government training on, familiarity with, and current use of vendor's products. The notice of intent is not a request for proposals and no solicitaion information is available at this time.
