Description

The USAID/Nairobi Complex building is currently located at ICIPE campus, Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya. There is a total of approximately 66,380 square feet as follows: Main Office Building (60,194), Travel (372), Bank (224), Maintenance Workshop/Security (1,594), Motorpool (1,168) Old Motor pool/storage (1,380), Gym (890), Training Room 17 (378), Main Entrance Security (180), and five (5) storage containers. The USAID Warehouse consisting of an office and Storage Area (warehouse) of approximately 25,000 square feet of space located at Embakassi, Nairobi. USAID?s 4 acre vacant plots located on Ngong Avenue, Nairobi. 55-65 USAID?s leased and owned residences in Nairobi that average 2,000 square feet each.
