- Description
- The solicitation document (ccfinal.doc) has been refreshed to change the name of the schedule from the Corporate Schedule to the Consolidated Schedule, update current clauses, add new clauses and delete obsolete clauses as of July 23, 2004. The objectives of the Consolidated program require multiple schedule participation. The cutoff date for receipt of offers under the previous version of this solicitation is August 27, 2004. Offers submitted after the established cutoff date require submission under this current version. The attached exhibits are refreshed as follows: Ex1.doc (Exhibit 1) has been refreshed to incorporate schedule changes. Several schedules have been added, modified, deleted and merged. Some include but are not limited to: Schedule 03 FAC (Facilities Maintenance Plus) includes new items; Schedule 36 includes updates and changes; Schedule 69 includes additional SINs; Schedule 520 includes additional Consolidated SINs; Schedule 738 I is changed to Schedule 541; Schedules 451 II and 653 are merged into Schedule 48; Schedule 874V includes updated Wage Determinations; Schedule 899 includes SIN revisions and updated Wage Determinations. The following schedules previously listed in Exhibit 1 of the 6/3/03 refresh version are excluded from this current refresh version dated 7/23/04: 51V; 66 II J and 66 II N; 66 II Q; 71 I; 71 II; 71 III; 71 III E; 71 III F; 71 III L; 71 III Y; 71 XIV B; 72 I A; 72 II; 75 I D; 75 II A; 75 XI; 81 I B; 85 I A; 056; 073; 078; 084; 736 III and 873. Careful attention to Exhibit 1 should be given, as this document provides detailed Schedule and Special Item Number (SIN) updates and change information. Ex2.doc--Service/Commodity Assignments and Points of Contacts has been refreshed to delete SINs and update points of contact information. Ex3.doc-Pricing Formats have been refreshed to update the solicitation refresh date. Ex4.doc-Services Descriptions have been refreshed to update scope of contract requirements; Ex6.doc - Small Business Subcontracting Plan has been refreshed to incorporate revised subcontracting goals; Ex7.doc-Checklist has been refreshed to merge, add and delete SINs and Schedules crosswalks; Ex8.doc-Commercial Sales Practices Format (CSP) is revised and refreshed to include solicitation refreshed date; Ex.9.doc ?has been updated and now includes an additional format for migration requests; Ex10.doc - Typical Contractor Performance Report has been refreshed to update the solicitation refresh date; Ex11.doc-List of Excluded Products and Services has been modified; Ex13.doc-FAR Clauses Incorporated by Reference has been refreshed to update the solicitation refresh date and add now references the link to www.arnet.gov to review clauses incorporated by text in full text. This is a standing solicitation, which allows offerors to submit offers at any time. You may review the Solicitation and Exhibits at www.fedbizopps.gov by utilizing the search option for the stated solicitation number (FCO-00-CORP-0000C) and selecting "All Files" to review a complete list of exhibits. Proposal Instructions begin in paragraph F.16 and F.17 of the solicitation document for new offerors. Existing Federal Supply Schedule contractors should review Exhibit 9 document for participation instructions.
