- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF MOBILE SOURCE EMISSION FACTORS AND EMISSION INVENTORIES This is a market survey for written information only to ascertain whether any of the effort contemplated under this procurement, as set forth in the 16 tasking areas of the Statement of Work, can be set aside for small business concerns. Firms must reply to this announcement in order for the submission to be reviewed by the government. This is not an announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation will be accepted or acknowledged. There is no solicitation available at this time. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. The applicable NAICS code is 541330. Firms with the capability of providing any of the services described in the draft Statement of Work posted at the EPA CPOD website: http://www.epa.gov/oam/cinn_cmd/ are invited to submit, in writing, sufficient information to demonstrate their ability to fulfill that portion of the requirement. Firms responding must provide information on their size status (large, small, or 8(a)) along with their submission. The due date for submitting Capability Statements is COB August 11, 2004.
