- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on a full and open competition basis, Emergency Room Services at the Naval Hospital Oak Harbor, WA. The contractor will be responsible for the operation and management of the Emergency Room, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contractor will be required to provide the necessary physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants and clerks as required by the solicitation. For FY03, historical data shows a total of 21,667 ER Visits. Through Feb 04, the total number of ER Visits for FY04 was 9,654. This acquisition represents a partial follow-on to contract N00140-00-C-L507. A firm fixed price contract with award fee provisions is anticipated with a base period of performance of one year. The solicitation will include four (4) one-year option provisions. The Request for Proposal (RFP) may require the submission of technical, past performance and cost/price proposals. The North American Industry Classification Code is 621493; size standard 8.5M. The solicitation will be made available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information received. Numbered Note 26 applies.
