- W-Lease. This is a commercial synopsis for the Lease of Pagers; Long Range, Qty 700 each, Alpha Numeric Pages, Qty 435 each, Webster Pagers, Qty 7 each, Group Leader Common Cap for 6 Groups, Administration cost, Lost Pagers, MISC Charges. This solicitation shall have a base year with two option years for all items listed. This is a Solicitation for a commercial item and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation and a written quotation WILL BE issued. This announcement is issued as request for quotation N00102-04-R-0677. The standard NAICS classification is 513321.This quotation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular and is current through FAC 2001-24 that are effective June 18, 2004. Pricing shall be FOB Destination (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH). (Note: Federal Acquisition Reg! ulation (FAR) text is available at http://www.arnet.gov/far.) Quotations shall include the vendor?s cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number).
