- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100 intends to procure on a sole source basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the item set forth herein: one (1) each P/N 12-0023/CC329A-5, ECDR 4814 CCA VME 48 Channel Digital Down Converter with Integrated Analog Output. Contractor?s Name and Address: Echotek Corporation, 555 Sparkman Drive, Suite 400, Huntsville, AL 35816-3418. This item is required to support the AN/ULR-21(V)2 Classic Troll Cryptologic Carry-on System. All responsible sources may submit their quote, which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. Reference NSWC Request for Quotation N00178-04-Q-0004. Contractors shall provide the following with their quotations: DUN & Bradstreet Number, TAX ID Number, Cage Code, and CCR Proof of Registration and a copy of the Published Pricelist. The Government shall not issue a written so! licitation as a result of this notice, as all information regarding this procurement is provided herein. The item shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to: Receiving Officer, Combat Direction Systems Activity, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Attn:Rick Martin, 1922 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097. Closing date for submission of bids shall be on or before August 6, 2004, with delivery on or before 31 December 2004. Anticipated award date on or before 13 August 2004.
