- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division requires Operator Console meeting the requirements of the Integrated Radar Optical Surveillance and Sighting System (IROS3). An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Supply type contract is anticipated, with a minimum quantity of 8 each Production units and maximum quantity of 147 each Production Units. Delivery of eight (8) each, FOB Destination NSWC-Crane required 30 days from award date of contract with subsequent deliveries of 12 units every 30 days until order is complete. Initial inspection will occur at origin by a representative of the Government, with final inspection and acceptance at destination by NSWC Crane personnel. The request for proposal will be issued employing full and open competition procedures, utilizing a Statement of Work and Performance Specification. The solicitation will include line items for Production units, Non-warranty repairs, and Priced Data items: Configuration Management data, ! Engineering Change Proposals, Failure Summary and Analysis Reporting Data, Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis Data, Reliability Data, Acceptance Test Plan, Training Materials, Technical Manuals with limited data rights, Level II System Drawings with limited data rights, Level III System Drawings with unlimited data rights, Interface Control Data, Provisioning Technical Data with limited data rights, Recommended Spare Parts data with limited data rights, Program Support data. Contract/Ordering period is for a five-year period from award date of contract. Delivery will be specified in individual delivery orders DPAS rating is DO-A70. Offerors will be required to submit product samples, technical, past performance and price proposals. Award will be on a best value basis.
