- BIG SANDY PASTURE ELECTRIC FENCES The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and personnel to construct approximately 190,000 linear feet of two-wire electric fence. Work under this contract is located in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. The work location is shown on the drawings. This project is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Set-Aside and the Government Estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. Payment and Performance bonds are required. A Bid Guarantee is required. THIS SOLICITATION, AND ALL DOCUMENTATION WITH IT, IS IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. ***The solicitation documents will be posted o/a 12 August 2004 at www.fedbizopps.gov *** Contractors must register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov *** Registration at www.ccr.gov is necessary to receive notification of amendments, contract award, and will facilitate payment.
