PRON: AX4F0462AX, NOUN: HOUSING, ROLL SAS, NSN: 1560-01-078-5705, PN: 70410-02451-042, Quantity: 46 each applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 46 each 315 days after contract award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 46 each, 210 Days DACA. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP., Cage Code 78286 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in ord er to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be consid ered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
