- Quick Disconnect Parts, consisting of Fittings, Tube Elbow, Gasket, Plunger, Housing, Compression Spring in accordance with Drawing 5-81-165, M, dated 21 June 1999. Higher Level Quality System Requirement: ANSI/ISO/ASQ 9001-2000. Quality Assura nce Statement: Prevention and Detection Visits to the Contractor's Plant will be made at the discretion of the Government. First Article is Required. Certificate of Compliance is Required. End Item: M40/M42 Mask Additional Specifications will be liste d in the solicitation. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas 71602-9500 - Delivery Schedule will be provided in the Solicitation. Quantity: 200,000 Each; A 100% Option is applicable. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Numbered Note #1.
