Modified two-step process also termed C3 (customer, Contracting, and Commerce) process will be utilized as the procurement method. All interested contractors are required to attend the site visit scheduled on August 11, 2004 at 9:0 0 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time at Building 580, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii.
