- Description
- The AMC Contracting Flight anticipates issuance of a solicitation on a full and open competitive basis to create, maintain, and provide introductory, intermediate, and advanced intelligence and intelligence-related classroom and individualized desk-side instruction to all Directorate of Intelligence (TCJ2) assigned military and civilian personnel. Provide management and execution of administrative processes and procedures of TCJ2-P in compliance with Command information management and administrative standards, to include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, analyzing and reporting on the assigned activities of the Division. Guidelines are in the Instructional System Development (ISD) methodology as outlined in Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Regulation 24-11 ?General Intelligence Training System (GITS)? and Air Force Manual 36-2234 ?Instructional System Development.? Instructors and administrative personnel will be required to have the proper TS/SCI clearances in-force prior to contract award. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a firm fixed price contract with a potential start date of 1 Sep 2004, with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690. Anticipated issuance date of solicitation is on or about 4 Aug 2004. No hard copies of this solicitation will be issued.
