- Description
- 17. Description: Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and quality control necessary to provide installation of a sprinkler system and landscaping at Malmstrom AFB MT in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 30 July 2004. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 30 August 2004. The contract consists of the basic year with one option year. Performance period is 120 calendar days for each year after issuance of the Notice To Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accorcance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See internet site: https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/indexnew.asp). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
