- The Central Texas VA Health Care System has a requirement for External Clinical Peer Review SErvices to be provided to the Central Texas VA Health Care System, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr., Temple, TX 76504. The contract shall consist of a one year base period and four one year option periods. The solicitation will be issued 7/27/04, with proposals due by 4:00 PM 8/10/04.
