- Description
- The Department of Labor, International Child Labor Program, is seeking services from qualified professionals under Request for Proposals number DOL049RP10014. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12; this notice and the attached documents are the solicitation and no paper documents will be issued. The entire notice and attached documents have been published on the Federal Business Opportunities website; applicable documents must be downloaded from the website and will not be provided by DOL. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 541720, size standard of $6 million. A Statement of Work and complete solicitation provisions, including proposal preparation instructions and evaluation factors under Sections L and M, are included in the attached documents. Any questions concerning this solicitation and Statement of Work must be received not later than Friday, July 30 by e-mail; telephone requests for information will not be responded to. Proposals are due by August 9, 2004 2 P.M. local time; this date may be extended depending on questions received. Proposals must be provided in hard copy to the Department of Labor, OASAM Office of Procurement Services, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20210, Attn: George Robertson, Room N5416. If a courier service is used or if proposals are hand carried, the courier or person hand-carrying the proposal must be instructed to call 202-693-4570 and wait with the package until picked up by a representative of Procurement; the Office of Procurement Services cannot guarantee that any package dropped off with security personnel will be accepted as being delivered on a timely basis.
