Description

AMENDMENT ONE (1) to RFP 263-04-P(GK)-0032 for NIH Visual and Medical Arts IAW OMB Circular A-76 is issued. Amendment 1 changes the web link to access the RFP, Performance Work Statement, and Technical Exhibits, and revises Part IV, Section L, 1. General Information, and Section L, 2. Instructions to Offerors. These revisions pertain to the preproposal conference being held on Wednesday, July 28, 2004, and solicitations provisions unique to the agency tender. INFORMATION AMENDED IS CRITICAL TO THIS SOLICITATION AND SHOULD BE VIEWED IN ITS ENTIRETY. The due date for receipt of proposals remains AUGUST 26, 2004. The evaluation and cost comparison results will be announced on or about November 17, 2004. It is recognized that Circular A-76 requires very compressed proposal preparation schedules. The applicable and predominant North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541430, Graphic Design Services, with a size standard of an average annual receipts of $6.0M over the last 3 years. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP, all attachments, and amendments. The Government will not provide printed copies. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
