- Description
- The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a firm fixed price award to Ms. Bonnie Greenspan entitled ?Consulting Services for Enhancing the ESRD Survey Process. The purpose of this acquisition is to make use of the services of an expert in the field of ESRD facilities. We want to purchase the services of an individual who has operational, technical, and clinical knowledge regarding ESRD care and treatment; who has and understanding of ESRD regulations and the ESRD survey process; and who has a comprehensive understanding of the newly-developed automated survey process for ESRD facilities, the STAR system. Solicitation: CMS-04-002EW will be available in hard copy. The Government will not pay for any cost for contractors quote submitted in response to this solicitation. The Government will consider interest expressed within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice. Written requests should be submitted to Evelyn A.
