- Description
- The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a firm fixed price award to Mr. William DeWitt, entitled ?Performance of Life Safety Code Surveys.? Mr. William DeWitt, who is currently a Professor in the School of Technology at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a sole source purchase order with William DeWitt, a Life Safety Code (LSC) expert, to perform LSC surveys and other services. Mr. DeWitt, has a wealth of experience as a fire and safety engineer, with public and private sector experience in the design and construction of installations (e.g., hospitals, and health care facilities). Solicitation: CMS-04-004EW will be available in hard copy. The Government will not pay for any cost for contractors quote submitted in response to this solicitation. The Government will consider interest expressed within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice. Written requests should be submitted to Evelyn A.
