- Description
- PROJECT DESCRIPTON: Work consists of reconstructing approximately 650 ft of existing roadway and constructing approximately 650 of new road to feed a 24 space equestrian trailhead parking lot. Work includes widening of the road and creation of lead off ditches with the existing roadway; placement and compaction of 4 inches of no. 4 base course and 2 inches of GAB surface course on existing road, new road, and parking spaces; hydroseeding of buffers between parking spaces; and dry seeding all disturbed area. Construction of an accessible pathway and concrete apron around a toilet building will be included as an option. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located on the Oconee Ranger district on the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest, Jasper county Georgia. PRICE RANGE: between $25,000 and $100,000 SOLICITATON DOCUMENTS: The solicitation, RFQ-SAZ-03-04-30 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as a request for quotes and will be available for downloading on or about August 11, 2004 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/
