- RFQ is for the purchase of the following: ---- 8558 yards OF CLOTH, DUCK NYLON, CG 483 BOTH SIDES 45" WIDTH, TYPE III, CLASS 3 THE CLOTH SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF MIL-C-7219F, DATED 19 MAR, 1987 AND INT. AM. NO. 3 DATED 4 MARCH 1991, NSN: 8305-00-926-6870 Four deliveries to Albany, GA commencing 120 days after date of award are required. RFQ is issued as Unrestricted. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home after August 11, 2004. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. Amendments to this solicitation will not be available via the Gateway. In order to receive notification of amendments to this solicitation you must E-MAIL the Contract Specialist, listed below under Point of Contact, with the name and address of prospective offeror, phone and fax number and a point of contact. Please reference solicitation number in all e-mail correspondence. An unsuccessful offer may result if prospective offer FAILS to e-mail the Contract Specialist of their intent to offer on this solicitation. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The NSN notification will contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
