- Description
- The Naval Inventory Control Point intends to issue orders via the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-01-G-001F with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Orlando, FL for services and material necessary to repair, overhaul, and modify the IRST System Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRA)., Shop Replacement Assemblies (SRA), Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Operational Test Equipment (OTPS), Technical Manuals, and related Technical Manuals for the F-14 IRST system. Lockheed Martin is the only known source who possess the required expertise and knowledge to provide the effort within the timeframe requirement.
