- Amendment 0001: RFQ HSCG3804-Q-C00001 is amended to delete FAR clause 52.228-3 Workers Compensation Insurance (Defense Base Act) (APR 1984) and to add FAR Clause 52.228-5 Insurance - Work on a Government Installation (JAN 1997) and as prescribed at (HSAR) 48 CFR 3052.228-70 and 3028.311-1, insert for following clause: INSURANCE [DEC 2003] (a) Worker?s compensation and employer?s liability. The contractor shall, as a minimum, meet the requirements specified at (FAR) 48 CFR 28.307-2(a). (b) General liability. The contractor shall, as a minimum, meet the requirements specified at (FAR) 48 CFR 28.307-2(b). (c) Automobile liability. The contractor shall, as a minimum, meet the requirements specified at (FAR) 48 CFR 28.307-2(c).
