- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Brooke Ocean Technology Limited, Dartmouth, NS, Canada, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is in accordance with a Statement of Work that describes the requirement for a moving vessel profiler (MVP) system to collect and record seawater sound velocity profile (SVP) data from an underway vessel. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed-price. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
