- The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award a contract for toxicity testing ti Pacific Ecorisk for Navy Public Works Center Pearl Harbor Hawaii. This requirement is a sole source unrestricted procurement. The NAICS code is 541380 and the small business size standard is 5 million. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Commercial Item and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Re quest for Quotation number N00604-04-T-A075 applies. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23 and Defense Change Notice 20040608. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for CLIN 0001, Whole Effluent Toxicity TEsting (CHronic) SPecies Ceriodaphnia Dubia (2 each per month). CLIN 0002, Concurrent Reference Toxicant Testing CLIN 0003, shipping of sample containers. Period of performance is 12 months. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror?Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items; DFARS 252.209-7001, Disclosure of Ownership or Control by the Government of a Terrorist Country; DFARS 252.212-7000, Offerors Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act?Balance of P ayments Program Certificate apply to this requirement. Offeror shall submit a completed copy of the provisions listed above with its offer. The Government plans to award a single contract resulting from this solicitation.
