- This synopsis provides notice of the Government?s intent to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit a purchase order on a sole source basis with Stratacache, a division of OCD Network Systems, Inc located at 1031 E. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402-2250, for the item listed below. This action is under the authority of FAR Part 13.5. The item is a commercial item. The contract line item number and description is: **CLIN 0001 OmniCast Dispatcher Version 2.0. Annual Support, P/N: N/A (Quantity 2 EA). The item will be used to support the Pyschological Operation Broadcast System (POBS) Project. Stratacache is the only known firm with a license to support OmniCast Dispatcher Version 2.0. Award is expected 10 August 2004. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all information received by 9 August 2004 1530EST. A determination by the government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not pay for any information received.
