- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) has been tasked to initiate a Purchase Order with Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, MD, specifically, Boeing Philadelphia. The Government intends to negotiate this purcase order as a sole source. Bell-Boeing is the original equipment manufacturer of the V-22 aircraft. Bell-Boeing shall perform engineering, logistics support and related services in support of the V-22 support equipment program. Provide customer liaison including but not limited to support equipment peformance, quality deficiency reports, field service reports, beneficial suggestions and demonstrations, and investigation of equipment problems using laboratory and field analysis. Participate in SE program implementation reviews that focus on technical approach, outfitting sites and in-service performance reviews. Assess compatibility of Government Furnished Support Equipment with V-22 aircraft systems or subsystems that the SE supports.
