Description
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires sampling materials and testing equipment to support the Command?s fuel oil and used lube oil analysis testing programs. Supplies shall include provisions for lube oil sampling bottles including prepaid express mailers, shipboard fuel oil and lube oil testing equipment, and shipboard lube oil and fuel oil handling equipment including petroleum absorbent materials. Supplies shall be provided worldwide to all United States Naval Ships of the Military Sealift Command and any other ships specifically designated by MSC during the term of this Contract. This is a Requirements contract with an anticipated performance period of a one-year base period commencing on 01 December 2004 with four one-year option periods. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be released on or about 22 July 2004. When released, the RFP will be available through the MSC web site at http://www.msc.navy.mil (then select CONTRACTS, then select ACTIVE REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS). All interested parties must email or fax the following information to MSC: Company Name, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email Address, and Fax Number. This information shall be sent to cynthia.vass-frye@navy.mil. Parties that already have expressed interest are requested to confirm the above information to the same address. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by MSC.
