- The work consists of pipeline shallow draft dredging of approximately 2,116,000 cubic yards of maintenance material. There will be levee and drop-outlet work. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1 million and $5 million. The Nort h American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. The Galveston District's Subcontracting goals are: Small Business - 40.4%; Small Disadvantaged Business - 16.0%; Woman-Owned Small Business - 5.6%; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business - 3.0%; Hubzone Small Business - 3.0%. Bid Opening will be held in Room 185. The plans and specifications will only be available via our website, on the issue date. It is the contractor's responsibility to register on the website, to download plans and specs, and to check daily for any posted changes to this solicitation, at: www.swg.usace.army.mil/ct. Notification of amendments shall be made through paper or the Internet. Ho wever, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
