- The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish project entitled, Replacing Hardwood Floors and Refinishing Hardwood Floors in 200 and 400 Housing Areas at U.S. Army Garrison-Selfridge. This solicitation is u nrestricted. A 5 year (base year plus 4 option years), firm fixed price contract will be issued. There will only be one site visit conducted. Please see solicitation for details. The successful offeror must be registered in the Department of Defense Ce ntral Contractor Registration (CCR) database. All notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing at this site (www.eps.gov). All offerors are strongly encouraged to check this site regularly for any changes.
