- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, and materials and perform all work in connection with REMOVAL OR SCRAP TIRES FROM FORT JACKSON AND VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGH OUT SOUTH CAROLINA AND GEORGIA, in accordance with the spec ifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS Code is 423130. The RFQ will be issued as RESTRICTED under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Progr am. The Request for Quotation will be available on the single internet Army Single Face to Industry at http://acquisition.army.mil/fedbizopps.
