- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis solicitation is for the following items: CLIN 0001 12 each dispensing system fluid handling dispensing system 2 rows of 3 containers 100-inches high x 76-inches wide out board console. CLIN 0002 12 each containment pan spill containment pans for 3 container wide system 7-inches high x 73-inches wide x 50-inches deep 300lbs. CLIN 0003 1 each lube cart with one 15 gal container with one ???? inch air diaphragm pump into and out of container. One ???? inch x 10 ft. dip hose. CLIN 0004 1 each freight charges. This is to be a firm fixed price contract. The proposed contract is set-aside 100 percent for small business concerns. For this acquisition the Small Business Size Standar d is 500 and the NAICS Code is 423840. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to includ e any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at www.arnet.gov.far. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial FAR 52.212-3. Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Item. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision with their quotation. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
