- Description
- The Army, Fort Carson, CO, requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for prisoner confinement services on a call or as needed basis. Detention facility shall provide all facility resources, management and supervision necessary for custody, control , health and welfare of military prisoners, both male and female, confined under the authority of the Fort Carson Staff Judge Advocates office. Contractor's facility shall be located within a reasonable commuting distance from the installation (no more th an 90 minutes one-way travel.) Project is unrestricted, meaning all interested federal, state and local facilities may participate. Anticipate that any BPA resulting from this announcment will be awarded with a base year, plus two additional one year opt ion periods. Allowance for annual price adjustments. BPA will be subject to termination upon 30 days written notice to either party. Interested facilities should contact the Govn POC identified in this announcement via email for further information.
