- This is a Sole Source requirement to procure the necessary services to develop and test a mobile test-stand to be used to improve the reliability, availability and maintainability of the HH-60G external rescue hoist. The Government does not possess the data that would allow for full and open competition. The intended source has access to the performance data for the hoist systems used on the HH-60G.
